Our COVID-19 Response

First of all, we are still open and are operating normally. Our shop is not cavernous but there is never more than one person working in it a time.

In some cases there are supply chain interruptions from our rim and hub suppliers but we are keeping in constant contact with them and alert our customers whenever a delay may impact our delivery schedule. In most cases, we can hold our 3 week turnaround. Industry Nine hubs are shipping slowly, DT hubs are difficult to come by, and Shimano cassettes, rotors, and other parts come in and out of stock.

We wipe down built wheels with a disinfecting cleaner right before we package them for shipping. This is not a new practice but something we've done all along. 

Our most substantial change during COVID-19 is to do what we can to help take your mind off of <waves hands wildly> all this. We're blogging almost daily and will be hosting wheelbuilding tutorials and other events. 

All of this sucks and we hate it as much as you do but we are grateful we have our bikes and places to ride them. Call it self-care, self-help, self-indulgence or self-preservation, but ride your bike when you can.
